Kendra K. Pruitt, Esq.
Solution Seekers was born out of necessity—and frustration.
After years of practicing corporate law, advising a mayor on bold policy initiatives, and leading day-to-day operations as Chief of Staff for a capital city, our founder saw the gaps firsthand. Too often, business, government, and philanthropy operate in silos—well-intentioned but disconnected, leaving lasting impact just out of reach.

But impact shouldn’t be accidental. And progress shouldn’t be reserved for the privileged few.

Solution Seekers exists to close those gaps. We work at the intersection of government, business, and community—bringing strategy, clarity, and people-powered solutions to the table.

I often say, "Kendra Pruitt is my left AND right brain," and I mean that. From advising on my campaign for Mayor of Little Rock, Arkansas to developing and implementing our policy platform then eventually leading day to day operations at City Hall, she has been a integral part of my success.
